Owner Responsibilities

To maintain a seamless and efficient management process

Ensure the property complies with all necessary rental regulations.

Maintain the property in good condition, addressing any major repairs (air conditioning, boiler, appliances, pool, etc.).

Provide the access, information, and documentation required for effective management.

✓

Fulfil all tax obligations related to the rental income.

✓

Deliver the property in optimal condition, equipped with the essentials to meet Airbnb standards and free from excessive personal belongings.

✓

For seasonal rentals (stays of 11 days or more), lodge the required security deposit (fianza) with the Generalitat Valenciana within one month of signing the contract, as required by law.
